I see where the new SC map shows that the Brownsville supercharger will available during the 1st quarter of 2021. Now that there are more Starship launches from Boca Chica, most likely be more Tesla’s belonging to out-of-town SpaceX fans.

If anyone's interested, the city of Brownsville just sent me this Vimeo they made, in which there's a few photos of the plans and the exact location.

    Excellent - and thanx.

It was such a slick video that it was difficult to read anything. Any mention as to whether it will be 150 kW or 250 kW? I assume 250, and if so. it will be the first in Texas.

That probably means the service center might not get super chargers (like the west houston service center)

Some Waco chargers are 250kW. I've seen 184kW flowing :)

I spied something today on my way home from work. I’ll try to get closer tomorrow as the wife has me going back to Brownsville.

Only two boxes, or are there more that weren't in the picture?

Only two that I saw. Looks like they haven’t all been delivered as they are laying pipe for more than 2. I would give a number but I’d be wrong.

You can catch a peek at the site plans in the video Marco uploaded in this post. It shows 8 supercharger stalls, which means only 2 V3 supercharger cabinets. And that's what's in the picture. The rest of the back-end hardware cabinets either weren't in the shot or haven't been delivered yet.

More pipe was being laid today. Looks like the cabinets are going to be closest to the corner of the lot.

No such thing when it comes to Supercharger sleuthing.

We always appreciate updates from locals with pictures!

Asphalt is done, parking sign poles are painted red and the signs are attached. Progress...my picture came out terribly.

Today’s kind of a big day at the Brownsville Supercharger. F4239895-C5A8-4A48-99AC-4F9A77D3F678.jpeg F1868493-9B7E-4866-9B97-3281CB5B7936.jpeg

Just left the HEB. The electricians were wiring up the SC's. Should be done within days. 20210128_144535.jpg
