Location is the Walmart off 130 Ave SE. The place is often a zoo, but otherwise not a bad location.

Just drove by and checked out the parking lot. Unsurprisingly, no sign of any utility locates or prep work yet. I suspect it will be at the back of the main parking lot, but it could also be on the west side of the store, as there looks to be an Electrical vault right there.

Edit: Found the document. It's actually going in the Marks parking lot at the back; 8 Stalls.

No activity when I passed by today.
Underground utilities are marked, but I can't tell if that is a recent development, as only one of the markings looks new; the rest are faded as though they were old or got rained on before the paint could fully dry.

They have only been there for a couple weeks. I took some pics Aug 19 and there are no markings

Still nothing. All the hydrovac trucks in a 100km radius seem to be working on installing FTTH for me, so that could be part of the problem.

Nothing new to report, other than the addition of a huge pile of snow where the transformer and cabinets are slated to go. Yay regress.

Tesla 'find us' now says Q4 2023, so I guess I can stop checking this every few weeks. I wonder why they nerfed this; permit is approved and should be a super straightforward build.

Still on the find us for Q4. I actually need to swing by crappy tire tomorrow, so I'll check to see if at least the massive pile of snow has melted.

Snow mountain is still there, now crowned by a shopping cart that the plow seems to have run over. Should get some pretty heavy melt over the next week, although I don't get the impression Tesla is in any hurry.

Nothing as of last week. I might pry myself off the couch and check again today, but I'm not expecting anything until closer to October, based on Tesla's usual MO in Canada.

I’m trying not to read into this too much but this looks promising. Just blocked off the area and the utilities are marked.

The stakes line up precisely where the transformer is going, right down to the inch, so nothing else it could be. Cones have been given out for less, but no harm in waiting to summon the SC.info editors until something unambiguous like conduit or cabinets arrive.
