For the most part you are right - but is that any different than Waterloo which is getting an SC?

I think of London as a city that is like a suburb in terms of density. But there are more high-end condos in the downtown core and along Richmond row and I think that many of those folks would be interested in the Model 3.

Good point. One thing I did hear is that Tesla has fairly high per capita sales in the Waterloo Region, presumably due to the high-tech business nature of the region.

That's probably true - I believe that Mike Laziridis and his wife have his and hers Teslas. But the Tri-City area will also have one at the 401 in Cambridge so they will be totally spoiled compared to London. Actually the Cambridge one will be useful as it gives you more options on a Toronto-London return trip that is too far for my P85D without charging. It is pretty much halfway so it is a better stopping point than Woodstock.

You know I started this thread and now that I see the thread subject I am surprised that no one has posted a smart-aleck response.
"Yes - I found Cambridge - I got on the 401 at Guelph and went west."

Kind of like the Beatles responded when asked "How did you find America" - "You turn left at Greenland"

This charger will make a massive difference for my wife who takes her Tesla west from GTA quite often on business. The destination charging in KW and Cambridge is sporadic and forced her choice of places to stay. This charging location is the top one we've needed in my family for years.

do they have an ETA? Has anyone talked to contractors onsite? Guessing due to this kind of inclement weather, nobody will work on site these days.
You can never really tell. The new Barrie site was at least this far along when it was found on Oct 22 but it took another six weeks until it went live. And that was in much milder weather.
