Unofficially, I think it's safe to say Tesla has abandoned the project. No recent activity since discovery, and Castle Creek has been taken off the map. @corywright

Very strange, I've been scoping this location out for the last year and I have never seen anything happening. I wonder if the co-located EA station is even happening now. A shame we aren't getting a V3 supercharger, Binghamton is an important charging hub for upstate NY.
I don't know, I like the Spot diner in Bing - Yeah, service is a bit slow, but about the time I finish breakfast, the car is nagging me to move it. I think part of it is that on a busy weekend (thing College travel weekends as well as holidays), there can actually be a line of cars waiting at the SC in Bing

Yeah, it's definitely enough for most of the year but holidays really impact it. Syracuse and Albany are going to have multiple SCs, hopefully Bing follows suit soon.
When I say nagging it is "Your car will be done soon", and sometimes, as I'm walking to it "Done". Funny, depending on when I go, it is either FULL, or maybe one other car! Feast of famine (it is my most used Supercharger). Sunday afternoon? Slammed. Weekday at 10:30am - empty
