This is awesome. Looks like all of the greater Austin area will have a massive SC buildout in the next 6-18 months. Maybe Elon showed up at the Linc and was like "WTF is this ..."

This area is crazy busy on the weekends. The location is really nice for many dining options and right off the 183 toll road.

This is great news and this new location is way better that the first one. They will also be opening a SC in Georgetown and Round Rock, making a perfect triangle of travel! Can wait for these new locations to open up!
I'm really looking forward to this location. It'll be interesting where exactly the put the stalls and cabinets. This is a really busy area at time, and there's quite a lot of traffic drive between the BJ's and Sleep Number store headed to Costco from 1431.
Also the grassy area on the northern part of the parking lot is up right next to the overflow for the lake next to Costco. Not sure how susceptible it is to flooding if they are put there.

If you're talking about the status of the TDLR filing linked to in the comment you quoted, then you can ignore it as that process is not directly related to construction. It's parallel. They need to have submitted for it and have a TABS file number that they can list on their eventual application for a building permit, but beyond that the progress of it doesn't matter for construction.
Saw marking in the parking lot and plastic nets around the trees today. Hopefully construction will begin soon.
Someone from PEC, several other people (including someone in a Tesla shirt) looking over the site just before noon.

Wide enough for 16 stalls. We’ll have to wait and see if it’s really going to be that many.
Drove by today, trenches are done, this is under construction!!!

This literally hurts. Wife just totaled my 2018 first-run P3 that had lifetime free supercharging. Still happy for all the Tesla peeps, and hopefully I will be one again soon assuming my ins payout is fair... --> 2021 or 2022 P3
