Just saw this blip. And if we didn’t have a fully booked weekend I’d have made the run out to check it out tonight.

As for its permanence, I highly doubt they would drop a V3 on pallets like they do with the V2 uSC’s to increase capacity. It’ll be amazing to avoid that awful and poorly signed Huntsville install.

I know this setup has been used in permanent places but it appears the conduit might be laying out in the background of this pic so that makes me wonder?... What a great way to test a place as well although you know they have the info on where the chargers are needed LOL!

I'm still holding out hope for something similar to this up the road in Buffalo (or maybe Palastine). Regularly make the trip up US 79 between Austin and Shreveport and been having to do the Waco/Corsicana/Tyler route since I got the Tesla which puts a little more distance on that trip, but has the superchargers on the route.

These stalls look a lot like the prefab stalls recently installed at Beaver Utah. I wonder if this is a trend?

You’re right. I originally thought these were mounted on plastic raceway material similar to temporary installations. Now see that they are actually mounted on a big concrete slab that is sitting on the ground similar to the installation and Beaver and a few other new locations.

Some daytime pictures would certainly help us get a better feel for this very intriguing installation.

I charged here this morning on my way from Houston back to Ft. Worth. This was a pleasant surprise when I saw it on the navigation screen. I've been thinking we needed a Supercharger at either Centerville or Buffalo to take some load off the terrible location at Huntsville.

This is definitely a prefabricated 4-stall installation. I wonder if it will stay that way. It looks a little odd since the parking lot they dropped it on isn't even level. Far back corner of the semi truck parking lot behind Woody's Smokehouse, on the northbound side of I-45.

Don't pull in the restaurant. Turn left on the frontage road, go behind the smokehouse, turn right into the very back parking lot and you will see them in the back corner. It was mention by some employees that Tesla will be adding more. I thought it was interesting the painters tape still showed where to ship and when.
