When you adopt new technology and assume that there isn't a learning curve you are bound to be disappointed and blame the product. I took my week old model 3 to the supercharger today to enjoy some of my free year of service. I was able to charge at 12kW. On the way home from the Tesla store earlier this week I was able to charge at 63kW. I wasn't surprised by either charging session but after watching the youtube all of my questions have been answered.
