Thanks to @joshpowell for discovering the location of the upcoming second Charlottesville Supercharger!

Yea, it's a real shame they didn't chose to locate this Supercharger at the other new Wawa that is being built on Richmond Road:

The Charlottesville - Proffit Road Supercharger is under construction. The Wawa looks to be nearing completion too.
