Supercharger - Charlottetown, PE

Construction has potentially started on the Charlottetown Supercharger on the North River Causeway. It appears to be just West of BOOMBurger at 46°15'30.8"N 63°10'50.4"W.

I feel like they've got the horse before the cart here. There's trenching and sign posts (laying down) but where's all the stuff that usually gets delivered before they break ground?

It's definitely early... I don't know what the posts mean either. If I didn't have a secondary source, I may not have been as confident.

Yeah the One Wind trailer was plus the arrangement of conduit I saw on FB pretty much clinch this as a SC for me now.

Heard from a “friend of a friend” that the hardware for this site plus the NS ones are in a secured lot in Dartmouth, but I haven’t been able to verify that beyond rumor thus far.

Probably won't be a transformer install for at least a week, possibly more.

I drove by yesterday - the site only looks to need asphalt and a transformer. Shouldn't be long but who knows Maritime Electric'a schedule. It will also take someone from the mainland to come over and commission the site. I spoke to the likely person in Woodstock as they were heading to Cornwall to fix two stalls out of order there.

Wonder if Tesla will wait until the two NS sites are ready before they send someone to commission all three in one trip. I doubt it, but it’d make sense if they did.
