J'ai vu le technicien Tesla cette avant-midi, si tout va bien ça devrait être en service ce soir ou demain.

Well, it must be operational now because it’s on Tesla’s site. Also, contrary to what you said a few pages back, Tesla is actually calling this Supercharger “Chicoutimi” instead of Saguenay.
It shows up as open now on Tesla dot com. Some of the Transcanadian sites were still flaky
It doesn't appear in the car's NAV, though.
Many sites like North Bay, ON still weren't working consistently after being posted as active on Tesla's page, so I wouldn't bet my life on this location.
As for the name, congratulations toTesla for actually using a local name that is accurate for a change.

Yeah, but this location actually isn’t a V3, so what we have observed may have been a testing phase.
