I think they're really finishing things up. They've removed a lot of the fencing and brought in a dumpster for clean up. So close! Is there ever a ribbon cutting or something at these things? or do they just flip the switch?
So today Saturday the 13th all the cabinet chargers have been removed from the location. When I went to ask they said they had a setback then I asked if you guys are still put the chargers up right and the guy said yes, should be able to charge in a couple weeks what he said. Now, a week and a half ago he said it would be about a week. I’m wondering if they didn’t fry all those chargers putting the transformers in not sure what’s going on.

I ended up having one installed. Purely because it's more efficient. It will eventually pay for itself, plus there's a 30% tax credit. Paid Dogwood Solar $1100 for install and charger.

Any word on the progress at this site? Going to be traveling this way around Christmas and was hoping this supercharger site would be operational.
I just passed by and they are putting up the pedestals/cabinets again. Maybe you'll get your Christmas miracle.
OK guys, so I drove by the charger today it’s Tuesday, December 13. I spoke with a couple of workers there and they said it supposed to open tomorrow December 14!! Super excited!

OK so today’s Wednesday the 15th. I went by there today and still not on. Talk to a few of the guys that I talk to yesterday. They said OK ribbon-cutting not today. Final inspection on Friday then Tesla hast to come commission it and I don’t know if that’s the same day or what so not sure if it’s Friday or this weekend or win but soon hopefully
Pedestals are up, but spaces are coned up and guys were working on the inverter box or whatever. So close.
Spaces are still coned, but grass regrow.... stuff... is down, and there were guys buffing the concrete parking spaces. He said it may be up in a week or two but was not sure.
