No, keep it as Vaughan. "Welcome to Concord Supercharger in Vaughan Mills!" ?
They might put the real Concord SuC in the Interchange Mall near the IKEA.
Absolutley not - these threads should be consistent with the names that Tesla is using. If they call it Vaughan then that is what we should call it here.

Tesla supercharging is marketing, obviously putting them at the two signature malls in north Toronto is on purpose! Think about it, dozens of beautiful Tesla's charging, while people paying for gas have to walk by on their way in to the mall.
But don't we want the SCs put in a location in the far corner of the parking lot where no one will ever walk by them? Otherwise they will be ICEd. And I don't know that Vaughan Mills is a signature mall.

As a guy who grew up near here.....

When York region was carved up a few decades ago, the two southern-most cities, Vaughan and Markham, contained a number of communities. Markham had Thornhill (the east side), Unionville, and Markham, (and many others) that were gathered into one city. Vauaghan had Thornhill (the west side) Woodbridge, Kleinburg and Concord.

All of these "villages" continue to use their names as postal addresses. Even today, the residents consider themselves as part of that community.

Vaughan Mills is in Concord. Concord residents will claim it as theirs, but outsiders will not understand it. There are no signs saying "welcome to Concord" going to the area. They will see Vaughan signs.
For clarity of visitors, it makes better sense to call it Vaughan.

Thanks
Murray - formerly of Thornhill (Markham side)

But Tesla is going to have two SCs in Vaughan as you can see from the map below. They have labelled them "Vaughan" and "Concord". When you click on the black marker on the map this is what you see. So that is why I am saying it should be called Concord - that is the name that Tesla will be using, and there will be another location called Vaughan.

You can notice from that map that by default Tesla puts the SC locations smack dab in the centre of the city label. Hence the Concord one is on the middle C, the Vaughan one is on the "g", etc

North York has the same pattern - in the center of the name - however,I would guess the chargers end up at Yorkdale mall and not Young and Shepard as per map.
