Maybe it's because Tesla is sure to make it to 10000 so wants to get quick permits. Maybe they will move the chargers after they've finished.

Tesla supercharging is marketing, obviously putting them at the two signature malls in north Toronto is on purpose! Think about it, dozens of beautiful Tesla's charging, while people paying for gas have to walk by on their way in to the mall.

@Doug_G can you please relabel the thread as this is actually the Concord SuperCharger. Vaughan will be at a different location although, technically, this is in located in the City of Vaughan. Maybe call this one Vaughan-Concord.

No, keep it as Vaughan. "Welcome to Concord Supercharger in Vaughan Mills!" ?
They might put the real Concord SuC in the Interchange Mall near the IKEA.
