Supercharger Construction Time

I have recently been made aware that a Supercharger will be constructed near me (permit dated November 11, 2020).

Now I am curious as to the timing of the construction process. How long might it take from “permit” to “construction” to “open”.

I realize this can and probably is different in all instances but does anyone have experience waiting for a Supercharger or can take a SWAG as to how long the process takes?

Having a supercharger "near you" really isn't very important. You will hopefully be charging at home, and there really is no scenario where you will be arriving with so little power that you need an extra 5-20 miles (< 1 minute charge time). You'll just add that extra power on at your last supercharger stop and leave a buffer, or slow down to lower your energy consumption. Not worth it to stop there.
