Dropped by this morning. All set and ready to be turned on. Located right beside IKEA. Access off of Woodridge street.

Saw several people stopped there today when I was by. Was excited thinking it might be ready.

It is in an awful location. Not intuitive to get to, and that is a smallish parking lot. I bet they will have non-teslas at them a lot.

Maybe. Doesn’t take that long to grab a burger. Even if you are a regular at fatburger.

Depends on the landowner. They can tow, but Tesla can’t request it

amazing the lower mainland is going to be drowning in superchargers soon!

I am going to miss the long drives out to Surrey late at night .....

..... where we were entertained by "L" plate Learners doing endless laps of the parking lot late at night, trying to figure out how to drive in a straight path between the white lines of the parking stalls

..... and the "Coal Burner Joe's" doing donuts in their smoke belching pick up trucks when ever the Surrey RCMP were away on a call.

As of April 24, 2021 ... not on yet. But as expected, there were at least 5 fossil cars parked in the Tesla slots ... they would have had no idea that they were not working. This is going to be a big problem at this location!

I honestly doubt they will ice it as much once they are on. They have no the stalls are off so they just look like wasted parking

There are lots of dedicated watchers so I suspect we'd have had a post if it were on.

I'm curious, is there often a lag between SCs activating and showing up in car?

Some info for reference:

Abbotsford SC took about 2 weeks from the fence going on to be activated, and was on the navigation after ~4 days of being on (mar 2020).

West Kelowna finished construction Dec 23, 2020, but wasn't activated until Mar 4, 2021.

So it could be a while. Last time I was there I didn't see the bchydro transformer pad, so I think that work is still outstanding
