Is there still construction around, or does it look complete?
It looks like the construction phase is complete, just a meter from BC Hydro is missing, but likely both an inspection is required before BC Hydro will have the green light to book in an install time. This seems to be the exact same problem at the North Vancouver Supercharger location as well. However there in North Van, the crew came back and started digging something again. So this phase is the most tedious ... looks done but not online. It can take 2-4 months to be activated after construction is complete, this is the norm lately.

Activation of these chargers depends totally on local municipal inspectors giving the green light for BC Hydro to book in a time to test and then install a meter. So we've got two levels of bureaucracy to go through and no matter what you do, neither municipal permits/inspectors office nor BC Hydro will release private information to the public. These chargers are on private land and this is all private information. There's no point in heckling city councilors or anyone in the public sector, as they cannot release any private information. It's part of the fun for us EV owners to stop by and check these chargers out when in the area.
