They’re both there. You just need to scroll down a bit.

Look at the SC.info map, they are there. If you're only looking at the changelog tab, you're going to have a hard time getting an accurate picture of the current state of affairs as plenty of locations take a long time to go from initial listing to construction or operation. Osoyoos and Castlegar were added in permitting 656 and 460 days ago, respectively. So, if you want to see them in the Changes list, you'll have to go a long ways down to find them.

Went by and there is no sign of construction. There is a Ricky’s right there, and a Timmie’s a few blocks away. Quite far from downtown, but should be a decent spot.

Cruised by today on my way home from Kimberley - no action noted in Creston unfortunately. Supposed to be online Q4 2021... they'll have to get cracking! (Seems likely now it will be pushed back a quarter or two... which is too bad as I head to the East Kootenays several times a year and might wear out my CHAdeMO adapter!)

All that plastic piping from the last photo has been used to wire straight into the overhead power lines. No sign of Spark Power trucks when I checked this afternoon.

Here is a photo. I could be wrong but I don’t remember that being there before. There is also some red paint marked out on about 5 parking stalls right below this. Is that maybe from what the Fortis worker was checking the other day?
