So, the late discovery of the San Mateo Bridgepointe Supercharger motivated me to do a little searching in my neighborhood, just for kicks, and I hit paydirt.

Nice, I'll try to check out the Cupertino Main Street garage tomorrow for any sign of progress.

This is the Vallco mall right? That place is not what it once used to be. Only 10 stalls?

The wording in the permit seems to indicate the new development known as Cupertino Main Street. It's much nicer and busier than the old Vallco Mall.

It is likely near the existing EVgo station, whose address is 19800 Vallco Parkway. This is the block between Vallco Parkway & Stevens Creek, Wolfe Rd & Tantau Ave. For those not familiar, it is on the other side of the freeway from the Apple Spaceship campus.

When I am down there, I used to charge at the EVgo on the far left of the structure, which is a better location closer to Main Street.

That's an older photo, before the parking garage was built. The garage now stands in that dug-out dirt area to the left of the building, below the Philz Coffee in the picture.

19500 Vallco parkway is Cupertino Main Street. It's the address of the main parking garage. The above photo is of 19700 Vallco parkway.

Actually, even further left than that. Here's the actual location:

Hopefully not too clogged with Apple Employees:

Yes, the permit says "Main Street Garage", so I checked out the garage, which is just behind the Pieology Pizza restaurant. On the 2nd level, there a fenced off area covering about 11 parking spaces.

That charges ridiculous 49cents/kWh.. when the supercharger will be what? 20cents/kWh?
Do they charge for parking for non-EV in that garage?

When you really need it, those stations will be available. There are a couple Volta free charging stations spread around Cupertino now, but they're always occupied. The City also has a couple ChargePoint stations that charge $1.50/hr which works out to about $0.45/kWh if you have a Volt or other car with a 3.3kW OBC.

I don't know of any paid parking anywhere in Cupertino.

Pretty sure that the parking structures at Apple Park have a lot of L2 chargers available.

I'm adding an edited Google Maps view to show location of the stalls. Note the Supercharger spaces are on L2, not on the top level.
