Building permit C-22-1004 has finally been issued. The electrical permit is still outstanding. We might be seeing the project get underway soon, with the potential for it being one of the first known V4 supercharger builds.

Probably not related to pole work (or convenient parking). Other than this no change yet.

Prob just parked since Danvers is a municipal electric and has their own town branded trucks.

You realize with that last sentence you've set the bar pretty high. Like daily updates, and perhaps even live streaming drone feeds.

Looking forward to additional updates such as site work begins and when the supercharger equipment delivery arrives.

Friday night update - Tesla supercharger switchgear cabinet and new universal pedestal bases onsite. Superchargers and pedestals, along with all the conduit not yet onsite. Site excavation underway. There appear to be a line of new barren telephone poles along the back of the parking lot in addition to the one by the supercharger site itself. Not sure if those were there before or not.

Nice! I could see the tall pallet from the road on my way out of town yesterday early afternoon but haven't been back yet. Glad you could take a peak! I'll be sure to keep a closer eye on it now as things progress.

Those poles were not there before, but have been there for a couple weeks now. I'm guessing they're for the Starbucks that's just also started excavation on the opposite end of the parking lot

I was thinking that too (for the Starbucks).

Oh, and for anyone that cares about permits - the outstanding electrical permit for this project was finally issued a couple of days ago too.

Lots of trenching happening today (for both the Tesla Superchargers and the Starbucks. All electrical for Tesla will be underground... but also one thought on the light poles it could either be above ground power for the Starbucks or potentially light poles. We shall see!

Forms for the supercharger cabinets and switchgear are coming along; conduit work will probably come next. I think they need the conduit in place before they do the concrete poor.

It will be interesting to see how the striping lines up with the pedestals once things are buttoned up. These are V4 compatible bases but will presumably be initially installed with V3 charging posts. They will probably be aligned closer to stall-center for to support a future V4 post swap.

Ready for concrete! Also there's new pour molds for parking lot lights above the chargers (you can see one here) and the switch cabinet has been unwrapped.

Not to much going on lately except more prep with a rock layer going in for the concrete pour. Also an additional pole went in next to the existing ones, TBD if it's for the SCs, the Starbucks, or both.
