Supercharger - Dover, DE

The couple times I was there it wasn't so bad. Have to remember that WaWa is a quick turnover location so people are in and out pretty quick usually. This is on the back side of the building and this building is not one of the front/back entrance locations so it's less likely to get parked up by the lazy folks.

Its not the ideal location that I would have picked for Dover. But I will take it!!!!!!!!

The nice thing about this location are the stores and restaurants within walking distance including Starbucks next door, Chick-fil-A is diagonally across the highway in front of Lowe's, and Outback is a 5 minute walk north of Chick-fil-A in a strip mall parking lot. You could also probably walk to the Dover Mall in 10 minutes which is south of Wawa if you had a longer wait on your charge. There is a Sams Club behind the strip mall where Outback is located.

This is a very nice surprise. Wasn't expecting this supercharger to get moving so fast. Wish they would get a move on with Deptford and KOP

They were doing some work in front of Wawa today. At first, I thought it was electric but when I got closer it was Verizon trucks. I think they installed a new pole.

I do some work with Dover Downs. Back in January I asked about a charging station installation. At the time they were looking into it. Could the location be Dover Downs?

Huh? We already know the location, it's the WaWa north of the Dover mall.

I also stopped by yesterday at lunch and noticed they had 13 parking spots in the fenced in area.

Actual work has started. Today 11/14/18 at noon!

I rode by today at lunch. I did not see any new work. The dumpster and skid steer are gone. All of the dirt was cleaned up and the fence is around all of the spots.

Yea, I think the only thing that was done was the relocation of the curb. They moved the end spot out about a foot.
