Another month, another call to the Dublin permit office, and another update that nothing has happened yet.

This one is about 35 miles from my sister’s house, but in the wrong direction from my typical travel routes. Still, it would be nice.

Also, Tesla quarterly map update likely imminent. They updated old Q2 2022 timings and also removed the Tuscaloosa "Coming Soon" location which has been online for months now. So hopefully they will be adding "online" locations (such as Cottondale/Millen/HHI) and any new Coming Soon locations.

Stopped by for a quick look/see and nothing Tesla happening as expected. Was a nice Cyber Orange Mach-E GT charging.

The update has happened. Some new locations added. It says Q4 2022 for Dublin.

I live in Dublin and drive out there almost every weekend just to see if any progress. When I do, I’ll try to report here.

A friend reported this evening (Wednesday) that the Dublin superchargers are under construction. I’ll try to find time in the next couple of days to go out there and take a picture!

Yes, almost hidden, but it has apparently been under construction for a couple of weeks. 12 pull-in stalls. Not at Burger King, but across the highway between Wendy’s and Circle K. Talked to crew there pulling primary feeder for the transformer. Planning to set that and energize tomorrow. Then will have to wait for Tesla to do their setup.

All pull in stalls! Also a very interesting location. Looks like a random dead zone of space on the aerial and street views.

Meridian mall location was like this. Worked well.

Thanks for the location update. I see now there was an unused paved area between the Wendy’s and Circle K. Cool! 32°29'24.7"N 82°55'56.9"W

I'm really happy to see this one going. It connects a route I use quite often (441 to I-16) because I have family down near Statesboro.
