I drove by yesterday and saw some construction trucks parked in the stalls, and they had some heavy gauge wire out working on the chargers. Might be worth a shot to see if they turned them on.

Interesting. I wonder if someone who lives locally could check with the owner of the property. Maybe there is some dispute involved.
This is not outside of normal occurrences with superchargers in construction. They often have a very stop-start progression and occasionally sit fully built waiting for power-up for many months. The longest I recall offhand is 9 or 10 months.
