Supercharger - Enfield, NS

Just saw a post on FB from yesterday. Tesla crates sighted at Enfield location.

I’ve heard a rumor that there’ll be a Tesla tech in the area on the 19th. Think that’ll be in time to certify these, plus the SCs in NB as well? (Optimistic I know )

Still can’t get Nick’s photos from FB to link nicely, so I went and took a few of my own.
Too much rain yesterday for them to get much done, but they should get the rest of the install done in a day or two. After that, it’s waiting on NS power for hookups, and Tesla on activating it.



Still no portapotty though. Here’s a junk bin instead.

@Vawlkus @Mr. PlugShare and all, thanks for these fantastic updates!! I'm taking an East Coast roadtrip around mid-July in my 2018 Model 3 LR AWD, so hopefully Enfield SC will be fully operational by then for part of our trip around the Halifax area.

Of course we'll have to do non-SC as well trying to get up to Cape Breton Island. But since we'll be car camping, I also have the RV adapter for the 30 amp plug for overnight charging, in case all the 50 amp RV spots are booked up.

You should be fine. There's plenty of level 2 around the province, several Tesla destination chargers. I don't remember the status of Model 3 and the CHAdeMO adapter but there are about a dozen DC spread around the province. Use Plugshare to find power, it is a rapidly changing situation with even a few gas stations getting chargers

They did those mid last week, if I’m remembering when Nicks photos went up. Weather here was pretty dismal last week until Friday/Saturday. We’re supposed to have sun up to Thursday, so hopefully the rest of the install can go smoothly.

Yeah, some people can see it, and others can’t.

Basically, all eight stalls are up and the cabinets look done. Just basic tidying up to do, and waiting on NS Power to do their bit, and Tesla to activate them.

They’re there. Two are installed as of last week, and the other two were on pallets at the location. By now, I expect all four are installed, and we just need NSPower’s green transformer cabinet.

All cabinets installed. You can see the transformer location still wrapped, so almost done!

Looks like you got there about 30 mins after me (I still had a little sun). Just missed Nick from FB, we had a bit of a talk until the mozzies drove us off.
