How many stalls could you count. I can clearly count 12, but I have the impression that there’s quite a bit more than that.

I believe there are 5 V3 cabinets, which could potentially be an additional 20 V3 stalls at this location, in addition to the existing 10 V2 stalls.
Went by this morning and the fence has been taken down. Looks like just site cleanup left to finish up. Hopefully online in the next week or two. Also counted 20 V3 pedestals waiting to go online.
Looks completed now. All construction equipment and debris is gone. New pedestals are just wrapped in caution tape.

Anyone know if an additional/upgraded utility transformer has been installed to handle the new stalls?

Drove through the parking garage tonight and saw a van there with a guy working on the new pedestals. About half of them were lit up and there appeared to be a car charging. My wife was in a hurry so I couldn't stop to plug in.

The website map says 30:
The in-car nav is more live/dynamic which explains the lower number of stalls showing. Presumably the V3 stalls are being enabled block by block which is why it only said 26 on the nav in @taronwalton1 's post above.
I've updated the supercharge.info entry to 30 stalls, 250 kW. No way of handling split-speed sites, but I've mentioned the V2 stalls in the notes on this entry.

Charging here now and was super stoked to see the new V3 hardware. Sounds like the pedestals and wiring troughs are all fan cooled. Saw my fastest charge rate ever, on my old 2017 S75D. 132kW but it tapered off quickly.
Edit: Appears my phone posted the photos sideways. Will fix when I get home.
Busy this morning! The occasion was a charity rally organized by Tesla Owners East Bay and Tesla Club Sacramento.
(AFAIK, there were always open stalls for other owners to use.)

Still Trying to Figure This All Out
Oh yeah, a few days ago the organizers changed plans to go to Auburn instead of South Lake Tahoe (exactly because US-50 is closed). I actually bailed out at this point because of all the smoke.
My first time here since the V3 stalls were added. This site is HUGE now!
Also the mall security was quite cool. They said we were welcome to be there, just don't stand around in the traffic aisles for safety reasons.
