Probably an urban (72 kw) Supercharger in a parking garage. The downtown Indy supercharger is exactly that, and costs $5-$10 to get in/out of the garage plus whatever you have to pay Tesla. I’ve never been there.

Well the forum is for anything Tesla related in the Midwest/Great Lakes region. Not limited to just superchargers. But my point was, if you would like it to get fixed, you should tell Tesla. Although I am confident they have decent diagnostics, they may not be able to detect all problems. I reported one in Kansas that had physical damage, somebody had obviously hit the pedestal and broken it rather severely. I even sent them a photo.

Rumor is that it will be at Maysville or Illinois Rd Meijer, or possibly at new Meijer being built on Dupont Road. I've been regularly checking Ft. Wayne Electrical permits being issued, and nothing indicating a Supercharger has popped up yet.

Fort Wayne North charging (not Supercharger)
Drove through the parking lot of the new Meijer under construction on Dupont Road on the north side of Ft Wayne today. There are 2 spaces, then a no parking area, then several more spaces on the west end of the parking lot where I suspect CCS and Superchargers will be installed. Power conduits...

Definitely not a Supercharger. 240V 200A single phase service is what most folks have feeding their home. Superchargers require far more than that by several orders of magnitude. If it is an EV charger, the most it could support is a couple of Level 2 or destination chargers.
The city is installing them. Level 2 Charge Point (not free or at least the ones downtown no longer are)

Stickers were gone in like a month topsI stopped here two weeks ago on my way to Indy. It appears the Brandon stickers have been removed
Wife and I walked around for a few minutes, there is a Starbucks with in a 2 minute walk.
