A site survey is being done at the Home Depot at 5517 Urbana Pike in Frederick, MD. The survey is being done by Control Point Associates who have done the work on many recent SC sites in MD. This one is listed as being done for Kimley-Horn (not Tesla like most of these) but KH helped Tesla apply for the Austin Gigafactory site per Tesla Proposes 2,100-Acre Site in Austin as a Potential Home to Major Auto Plant. This is one of two possible upcoming SC sites at a Home Depot in Maryland.
