So amazed that in today's world you have to wait on some plastic stand for weeks before you can open a charger. Seems like Tesla should find a better supplier.

Tesla is the supplier. That’s why the big delay... changing from outsourced to in-house production. That’s the popular theory, anyway.
They are made in house at Giga 2 correct? or is that Version 3 pedestals? or both? I really haven't tracked them that much.

You could always charge in Hagerstown Supercharger.. It's only 25 miles away from the impending Frederick Supercharger. If you ar coming from Harleysville, PA, you could take the PA turnpike to 81 to 70. You would pass by the Hagerstown Supercharger on you way to Frederick and back home.
Just talked to one of the installers, he said a couple of days to install the pedestals and then it needs to be commissioned/permitted, so it should be open in the next week or two.Just drove by there they are starting to install the Pedestals
