It's just like Hotel California for those who is green vegetation. You can charge any time but can you check out any time? Green Garden bushes in front and another blocking car in the back

I think it was staging for the event... are any of the cars plugged in? Doesn't look like it. I bet they are SC covers that will be used here:

I came here to ask the same question as the OP.
Thanks for posting the video, check it out at the 5 minute mark, you clearly see that the cars are not actually plugged-in and charging, contrary to what Elon said on stage.
And if you look closely, there is a small wire running between the “chargers” pairs on top of the “concrete” base: probably just to keep them illuminated.
