I looked as I passed by @ 75 mph yesterday. I saw zero activity. Northbound lane is pretty close so it's not hard to see.

According to the TX NEVI program results posted by @TXLightning in the Wichita Falls thread (TX NEVI results), this Gainesville location is part of the program and is also listed as being part of the February 2024 TIP/STIP (Transportation Improvement Program/Statewide Transportation Improvement Program), which sounds like a key requirement for moving forward (STIP explanation).

Sounds like they might start on this location sometime soon?
