The thread for the Kyle SC shows the new style "kit" install.
I'm guessing that the Georgetown install has been waiting for this new style V3 SC, with four stalls and one cabinet pre-built and wired.
On that basis one they get started here it should be completed pretty quickly.

One of the surprise proposed locations listed by Tesla for 2017 construction is Fredericksburg, TX. It is an obvious choice for those heading West from Austin, allowing travel on 290 to hook up with I-10 just south of Junction. It's about 140 miles from Austin to Junction, so a stop between...

Now Round Rock and the rest of the Austin expansion has happened, maybe they thing Georgetown isn't needed any longer.
I was concerned with the Wolf Ranch location anyway, its always mega busy there, almost guaranteed to be ICEed.
Hopefully it means they're looking further up 35 to Salado or Temple, of course by that time there's a chance all the construction chaos in Waco will have moved on elsewhere
