Supercharger - Giddings, TX

Besides the LV site, and the #1 highway Canadian Prairies sites, and the original Fremont location, what are the other confirmed V3 locations?
Hawthorne (Tesla design studio + SpaceX HQ) has some V3 stalls. Other that that and the ones you mentioned, the only one I'm aware of is Supercharger - Santa Rosa, CA (V3, under construction, Jul 2019, 20 stalls).
2 days after your post, supercharge.info listed the permitted Vienna, VA (Wash. DC metro area) as 250kW

I just stopped here and have a number of pix that are about the same as @DFoley took, which I won't post.

As I suspected earlier, they took out part of the dog park/exercise area for the cabinets. I wouldn't want to be the guys digging in that ground.

The power transformer is there, with no meter present. Maybe it's just me, but I'm a bit amused that the big sticker on the side says "Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative", and across the street is the office for "Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative". I'm sure this Supercharger site will get lots of free inspections.

TexasEV - As I stated, I could not find the reference again, but I had read an article (and it wasn't long ago) that mentioned back and forth between Tesla or Tesla owners and Buccees to which they stated they were for the idea of having chargers, now I don't know if each store is owned by different individuals like other gas station chains, that could put a wrench in the process...

Feel free to discount my unsupported claim, but I explained that up front and I have no reason to lie about what I've read.

Where did you get that idea from? If they wanted to host superchargers they’ve had plenty of opportunities to do so, starting in 2013. It’s clear they’re not interested.

What are the chances this will be done in 6 weeks? I haven't followed the progress of other SC's as they're being built so Im not sure where this one is in the process.
This is just a guess, but I have been following these supercharger threads for 3 years now. I'll say 50/50. I'm operating under the assumption that they are going to want to fix this pedestal shortage before it gets cold (up north), and once they do, it will be up to the contractors to see how long it takes them to get back to each construction site. Likely depends on what else they are working on because surely they aren't sitting around waiting for Tesla to build the pedestals.

One possible negative for Texas is the northern locations could get priority for the pedestals, so they could get shipped up there first.

This. Really hoping it opens this season so round trip from Austin is possible in S75D
Just curious: Round trip where to where and back? I often drive around the Houston/San Antonio/Austin areas and I personally haven't had a problem in an S70.
I am looking forward to this one, though. I could go between Giddings and Junction without absolutely needing to stop in Austin.

texas Ren fest is in Todd’s Mission. 145miles through supercharger desert. That is, until Giddings opens
