I plugged in at 10% with my model 3 LR
Started at 35 kW, dropped to 20 kW, ramped up to 50 kW with a shark fin shape, then dropped back to 18 kW. It is taking 2.5 hours to charge 10-90%. Something is wrong, I am headed to Burbank next time

I was here around 2pm a couple days ago. Three stalls were open. My charge started around 50kW with about 20% battery, and over time gradually declined to about 20kW. After an hour or so I left with about 70% charge.

Something is definitely wrong with these chargers.

Had similar experience. 16% SOC. One stall was charing 25kw, another started 40kw and dropped to 30kw and only third was charging at proper 70kw. Also guy in next stall was also getting very low charge rate. Probably some chargers need service.

Has anyone noticed a reduction in traffic here now that Pasadena is open? I haven't been in a week or two but I'm wondering if it will be less crazy during the peak hours now that there are 24 stalls in Pasadena.

Glendale shows as closed on in-car Nav. App shows some stalls available.
Right side (10 chargers) are taped off. Left side chargers are limited to 50kw.

I wonder if they are fixing the chargers that had low power? I've gotten 20-30kW in Glendale quite a few times over the past weeks.

Didn't see any signs of activity, however I was there after hours.
Those chargers with low rate were on right side (which is closed now).
Hopefully they can fix it soon.

i exclusively super charge and have been going here since i got my car a few weeks ago. with things shutdown its been really nice to drive up and chill with hardly no one there. i was there just this past saturday. complimentary parking to boot!

No, it's back to paid parking. But the first hour is free (as it always has been) so unless you're charging from like 5% to 100% you shouldn't be paying for parking here.

Please note that 1 hour parking at Americana is no longer free

Same. This station is my local go-to but in December it was suddenly no longer free for the first hour, so I guess I'm going to Burbank.
