Supercharger - Grass Valley, CA (LIVE 25 May 2023, 12 V3 stalls)

Recently found a permit for a Supercharger to be built at the McKnight Crossing Shopping Center in Grass Valley. However, the permit was withdrawn last month, and it was only then that it appeared on my feed.

If I had to guess, Tesla decided to momentarily suspend the location since nearby Auburn had just opened. I'm under the impression that they will refile at a later date so I will add a marker since we've got the location

Too bad permit is withdrawn, but good to see that GV is on their radar. Hopefully, next we will see some SCs north of Truckee on 89/70 in the Lost Sierra.

This location is pretty important for the Chico to Tahoe route. We've had to detour to Yuba if we have a full load of bikes. Even without bikes, it's pretty tight getting to Truckee from Chico.

Both google and Apple maps say 692 Freeman Ln is Raley's.

The latest status change is "Marked as Correct and Resubmit on 06/01/2022 by Taz Eliots" for the "Building Plan Check" item.

Permit was issued a couple months back, I happened to be visiting this area today and found the site is under construction. The location is actually on the side of the Dollar 25¢ Tree, split up on either side of the alley way. Two pull in stalls, the rest are back in. At least two stalls are out of view at the bottom of the last picture so with those I can count 12 stalls (plus 3 superchargers cabinets). Here are some pictures:

This is the location I've been wanting for quite some time. I've had to charge at the Briar Patch ChargePoint chargers many times!

Any updates on the construction? We'll be up there Thanksgiving week.

All 12 chargers have fabric covers, so not yet usable but the site looks like construction has been completed. Address is 692 Freeman Lane, Grass Valley CA

The Tesla work appears complete including pavement striping & labeling. The PG&E transformer is not present.
