If this one and Lee, MA were to be swapped out (v2 for v3) that would be perfect. Hopefully they get around to upgrading Lee someday.

Nice find. I was really hoping to see Williamstown or North Adams. With the north canan V3 + lee the location of this one seems redundant no?

I’m starting to think there’s something about SC location planning that we don’t know yet - like in relation to how where Tesla sees mobility in 5-10 years.

I was hoping for Bennington and Pittsfield. No idea how this one got into the planning

Maybe they wanted something along MA-23? It doesn't seem to make much sense as a location specifically for coverage of US-7.

Why Great Barrington?, they have one in Lee which is close by. The place they need to put a Supercharger is North Adams, there is nothing on the Western side of Route 2.

Why GB? New Yorker second home owners is your answer. I am in Pittsfield. Central and Northern Berks will wait awhile. But dump the hot tub and run that 50 Amp fuse to a compatible plug. 36 MPH an hour! No need for a SuperCharger.

Agree North Adams or Bennington. I think Bennington would be better.

I wonder if in some of these head scratching locations if the town had offered to pay or maybe some Tesla big shot lives on the route.

Myself I still don;t understand this location especially there still some gaps in other parts but ad the end, the more the better.
