This site is under construction. The workers were hard at work so I tried not to capture them. The work area goes from the entrance to the trash area. I count 25 spaces from overhead, but I'll leave as 8 since that's what the permit says. I couldn't see any Tesla equipment, but its definitely charging station conduits being ran. It looks like the cabinets will be right behind the bull in the last picture.

My neighbor owns all 10 Fuel City locations. Haltom City is next after Dallas, looks like they’re on it. He wants SC stalls at all 10 locations. For the Dallas Fuel City location the site went from permitting to construction to in-use in like 6 weeks. This location should be available soon I would think.

I presume he has owns a convenience store with a food stall? Then he is all set for the upcoming inevitable change of gas cars to EVs

That would be outstanding if it comes to fruition. The Wylie and Mesquite Fuel City locations are no where near existing SC stations.

Yes, Fuel City's are like miniaturized Bucee's.

Yes. 24 hour convenience store. The Dallas location serves tacos 24/7 as well. He says the 10 stall Dallas location brings in 150 extra customers per day.

The Dallas location also has pasture with longhorn steers. That’s the long running assumption, Ag exemption.

When I went, the construction site seemed bigger than 12 spaces, but I only saw 3 cabinets

I saw 12 stalls. The left side of the area fenced off could easily take on four more but it doesn't look as if they're going to install anything in that portion. I think they're using that space to put construction-related stuff like a trailer and spools of cables. You can sort of see what I'm talking about in the first pic.

I'm going to that Fuel City Wednesday to make a delivery so I'll see then if the chargers are up and running.

So I went by today and the answer is "I don't know". They are obviously completely installed but I didn't see any in use so it's not clear if they received the final clearance. I didn't drive there in a Tesla so I couldn't try it for myself.
