I don't have a picture but I drove past today and only the actual Superchargers were fenced off. Also utility trucks were on upper Wentworth, I think possibly to hook them finally up.

As of yesterday Friday Feb 2, here's the photos of the superchargers in Hamilton at limeridge mall. Looks pretty close to be ready and with all the activity with the utility trucks I hope they are close

Here's an update in 5 photos from late Feb 9th:
Photo 1: Opening Day yesterday at the Winter Olympics ... was just another Unopened Day at the Hamilton Supercharger.
Our girls'n'boys in red'n'white (aka the chargers!) remain in good marching order but still just ringed in behind their fence.
Photo 2: Eagle-eyeing for even some small changes since my Jan 11th photo update, we now have red Tesla Vehicle Charging signs installed between the chargers. The ground behind the chargers looks filled in now (and PS: the mountain of earth in the parking lot is likewise gone).
Photo 3: The "Tesla Vehicle Charging" signs are all just single without an extra No Parking sign like at many other superchargers. Hmmm, does that mean we've got ICE'ing troubles ahead? Does anyone know if the extra No Parking equivalent signs at other superchargers were installed at a separate later date?
Photo 4: The wall around the Tesla transformer pad is now up. I'm guessing the small open section will remain, after all it's not the Mexico-USA border! Dark green city transformer boxes are now installed nearby, behind yellow poles.
Photo 5: What must be the very last work left to be done is centered on the concrete square hole (the one with the "Brooklin" label now covered under snow) at the NW corner of the site. It's now protected by yellow poles and 2 boulders. But at this point, it seems to have just a snowed-in cover on top, I'm assuming we're waiting for one more transformer here?

I noticed that the "No Parking" signs were added at some superchargers later due to frequent ICEing.

In the Tesla world, "very soon" means within the next 12-24 months.

So this picture I took yesterday of the superchargers at limeridge mall, the gate is removed from the front of the superchargers but the Tesla name on the Chargers are not on yet. I looked at the parking spots in front of the Chargers and they are littered with screws, tapcons and all kind of construction debris. A big clean up is needed before anyone backs up for a charge. The Tesla parking signs are installed and it does look to be ready to go other than that. Let's see what happens
