This is great news. Thanks for finding. Three in a row here in town. I'm currently on a trip North East from Texas and I'm excited to see the V3, so far on the road.

HEB is a frequent supercharger host, but this location is really tight for space.

I was in Brownsville last week and visited the brand new Tesla Charging center with 8 V3 superchargers at...ta-da HEB. Brownsville also has a new Tesla service center. Why not, with the SpaceX complex nearby at Boca Chica.

The existing HEB SC has only been open since March. It was v3 from the beginning.

It's going to be a great location though. Tesla has stepped up their game.

We took a drive up that way Sunday to see if there was an progress. Let me just say, I have never seen a busier HEB in my life. There was no parking to speak of including down at the tree line. This is where they already have an EV Go. I didn't look behind the store. Maybe that's an option for location. I just wonder where they are going to put them that won't be ICE'd.

A permit for this location was filed on 02 JUNE 2021 with the City of Houston. Shows up as an approved/sold permit, whatever that's worth. Not sure if its Supercharger related or not.

I go to this HEB weekly and saw there was some concrete cuts and work done to the SE corner of the parking lot, with the cuts going to the exhausting EVGo charging station. The corner where the cuts lead to we’re fenced off. Perhaps they’ve started construction by laying the electrical conduit?

It certainly looks promising. If this is for Superchargers then there should be equipment and digging soon.

This one is interesting to me, as I once lived 5 blocks from this site before the HEB was even there. I bought my groceries at the long-gone Fiesta that was across Dunlavy.

More work being done. They’ve started the excavation and have brought in the conduit.

I miss that Fiesta - best grocery store music anywhere. Also easy to drop in and grab a couple of items.
