Teslanorth found a permit for 16 V3 superchargers at the IKEA located at 10280 NE Cascades Parkway. It appears there will also be an Electrify America installation too in the next parking lane to the SE.

Actually a really good location. Once in a while I hit the IKEA and now can double up here to remove one SC from my trip.

Great to see Portland get its first in-city charger. Nice location with plenty of businesses. My personal hope is we start getting urban chargers as well. The one at Fox Tower did not end up getting completed IIRC.

This site will help people who live outside of Portland Metro who fly out of PDX. Won’t have to make an extra stop to the airport just to top up, and hope the vampire losses weren’t too bad when heading home.

Just swing by the SC, grab some Swedish meatballs while charging and get home with one less SC stop.

My educated guess is that the NE Portland location that Tesla's Find Us map just updated with is this location. It has it as target opening Q4 2022.

Tesla's Find Us website has updated this evening with a slip of a quarter of this (probable) location, to Q1 2023.

Drove by this evening, nothing seems to have changed. Temporary fencing and big plastic wrapped boxes that have Tesla printed on them.

OK, picking the folks up I had dropped off 1 week ago. Looks very different, a lot of progress. Bit more paving and it will be done. No, wait, far back right looks like a place for transformers that is empty. Still, good work so far.
