Just to echo the posting by rckybbby, landscaping is about done, according to a worker I spoke with from a landscaping contractor about midday today. All they were doing was sweeping up the paved area. He had no idea about opening, of course. I did not see any evidence of a transformer. So, whenever that shows, I assume it'll go live right after. I took a couple of pictures but they show pretty much as rckybbby posted, just in daylight. I also looked at the parking lot site just above the District in Tustin. No evidence of anything going in there other than construction of more commercial property to the north of the Stater Brothers market.

Tesla removed Tustin as an "upcoming" Supercharger site from their map and the permit which was originally created on 9/16/2020 hasn't made any progress. Pretty sure this location is DOA.
