If there are four cabinets, more likely 16 stalls, as that's how many four cabinets can serve. And the last picture shows four more uninstalled pedestal bases.

Agree. It's 95-98% probability that its either 12 or 16. A close up photo of the pad could confirm.

Nearly there, some landscaping left to do. Not sure about transformer but seems like it is close.
Just to echo the posting by rckybbby, landscaping is about done, according to a worker I spoke with from a landscaping contractor about midday today. All they were doing was sweeping up the paved area. He had no idea about opening, of course. I did not see any evidence of a transformer. So, whenever that shows, I assume it'll go live right after. I took a couple of pictures but they show pretty much as rckybbby posted, just in daylight. I also looked at the parking lot site just above the District in Tustin. No evidence of anything going in there other than construction of more commercial property to the north of the Stater Brothers market.
Tesla removed Tustin as an "upcoming" Supercharger site from their map and the permit which was originally created on 9/16/2020 hasn't made any progress. Pretty sure this location is DOA.

Swung by today to take some pics, everything looks ready to go and it looks ready for a transformer. There were signs all around the parking lot for 'No Parking' tomorrow from SCE on 4/6 so I'm thinking possible transformer install tomorrow?

yea....every time I go by there they are full....only 3 I think.... I charge at home a lot, but with free charging, I may use these new ones from time to time if they are 250kWThat Heritage Shopping Center also has a handful of free Level 2 chargers if you don't want to pay for supercharging.

I am pretty confident that these are in fact 250kW units as Tesla only installs the V3 cabinets or Urban chargers as far as I know.

I'm counting 4 V3 cabinets which can support 16 250W. It's funny how with all of photos that have been shot that we are still guessing on this one. <hee hee>

Drove by again this afternoon and saw that SCE is closing off the lot again on 4/14. Looks like there might be more work to be done on the Supercharger before opening?I have been checking every day, still (im)patiently waiting for it going live. Tesla, tomorrow sounds like a good day, do you agree?
