Looks like everything is complete and just waiting for some kind of inspection to turn on. Chargers bagged up but transformers look all wired etc.

Saw a worker from Alliant Energy there today. He said that with any luck it could open tomorrow or by the weeknd. A power outage from nearby construction the other day delayed things. So close!

Drove up that way earlier today. Major construction on US 14 is going on right now, so there's a lot of congestion in that area.

Stopped in mid-day today while passing through. They have installed the meter but it is not powered. On the landscaping front, there is some stone placed in the construction area near the chargers, but clearly the landscaping is not yet completed. I have attached some photos.

Is it possible that there is something wrong with the build as opposed to a delay in permitting/approval? This is odd.

Sturgeon bay went live today and construction on that started much later than this site. Very weird.

Lake Delton was also Alliant energy. The transformer at that location was live feeding the meter a few weeks before the units came online. The photo showing the Meter at this location was not being powered. ( blank display ) at the time 2 weeks ago.
