Location is good off of main road US 281 but few amenities nearby - not even a bathroom at the gas station unless you go into the local supermarket. Best aspect is probably its halfway location between Austin and Fredericksburg.

When I was there I noticed the building directly next to the charging station was being remodeled, though I don't know for what purpose.

Did a day trip to Fredericksburg today and stopped by:

That Dollar General is new since I was through there last February. Now, a good place to get drinks, snacks, and use the bathroom.

There was previously some Phillips 66 gas pumps with no store or bathroom. Good riddance.

We won't see these types of incidents on the MEDIA. But one tesla on fire - all the bells go on.
