It's probably live already. At a pinch, if the pour hasn't fully set, you could pull up on the grass after taking down the temporary fencing.

Someone needs to sneak by at night to see if the posts are lit up!

If they used 25 or 32MPa concrete it should be OK to drive on in 4 or 5 days from pour.
40 MPa concrete should be OK in 3 days to drive on. We all need to be a little careful with it to start.
No digging at it with the heel of your boot or turning the wheels while not moving etc.
