I think it has typically been open only on weekends for the last few months.

I expect they will close it Monday and try to get lines painted before July 4th weekend. Maybe it will stay open all week after that.

Even my standard range+ model 3 tends to go to the 150kW charging locations right in front of the lounge

Yeah, smaller batteries don't get as much benefit from the faster charging.
