Kettleman had 22/40 full on Christmas. Great alternative to the Buttonwillows and Harris Ranch.
An excellent trade, all things considered (a Burger King for a Tesla flagship SC location). Plus there's an In-N-Out just down the street. Try a flying dutchman, root beer float, or a grilled cheese, animal style*.

Hmm...I see that display is still malfunctioning, just like it was when I was there on 1/1/18. It was stuck on that screen and that runtime error window was displaying intermittently. It never changed to show the top 10 Supercharger list.

Finally made our first stop here today! hands down the best supercharger I’ve been to so far.. wish all superchargers are like this.
Actually it was changing screens. And when I visited again a few days later the error was gone
I am heading back to Washington State from Palm Desert on Saturday. I’ll try to remember to take a closer look when I Stop there and document what’s there on video & post here by Monday.
There are at least 4 outlets. 2 underneath the supercharger status monitor, and 2 on the wall that has the large model 3 picture (might be covered up by a chair). I don't have any good pictures of the chair booths to see if they had anything built in.
On our stop there yesterday.
All I could find were 2 sets of this configuration on a bar height counter with 2 stools on the wall by the restrooms.
I looked everywhere.
On the bright side I saw a Model 3 there.

I've visited the Kettlemen City Supercharger lounge multiple times and I love it! During the day, the staff welcomes you and sells coffee. At night, you'll meet the night custodian who is busy cleaning the facility. Look for the code to access the building by clicking on the supercharger location on your nav screen.
It's a great place to relax and the Supercharging goes by quickly because you're so comfortable. Staff told me during summer they plan to have food trucks in the parking lot during the day. A must stop for any Tesla owner!

If you arrive after hours, your Tesla display will give you a code to open the door. Comes up when you pull into the parking area or plug in.

I have not seen the code changed in my last two trips to Southern California. If you have been there before, it still may be the same code.
