The Wawa i was referring to is on the corner of 202 and Henderson rd not the other one by the mall. The one by the mall is way to small but the one near Henderson has a big parking lot in the back with easy access to food and bathrooms 24/7. I think the Giant closes at 11 so that means two stops if you have to go.

It is only half a mile between that Wawa and the supercharger site and it looks the area is walkable.

It's back! More Supercharging along the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Not great access off the Interstates, but it's something and it'll be Version 3.

That Wawa would have been a bad spot for 16 superchargers, because the only way to exit and head southbound on 202 requires a U-turn at Henderson. It's impossible at rush hour. Since that Chick Fil A became so busy, I'm sure everyone involved in 202 traffic management is unhappy about how that intersection is working right now.

Meanwhile, the entire Giant/CVS area might change soon, since Henderson Rd and Sauron Blvd will be the first stop on the new King of Prussia rail extension. Taco Bell was first to the location... now open!

This is correct. The amount of traffic through this area is extremely high. The mall however will likely set up a frequent shuttle.

Has there been any actual confirmation of this beyond the one guy who talked to some construction workers? We already had this site 'Confirmed' once already, it would be nice to see something official before getting excited about it.

Looks like the Tesla guys Jason spoke to were correct. This is sitting in the Giant parking lot. My buddy just sent me these pictures.

Construction has begun. We have the beginnings of some trenches already dug, multiple bits of landscaping removed, and many large pieces of equipment delivered. I counted 8x supercharger boxes of qty 2 each. One box was very damaged. See first image for exact location. On the map, the large L shape has been trenched and the equipment has been dropped in the square.

Construction moving along. Many supercharger bases installed (6?) plus other various bases. I'm assuming at least one of these is going to be a light pole.
