It was already orange cone since almost 3 years, the concrete pads and conduits are installed since a while!

I see digging being done at the wall of the store.

It looks like they are not using those concrete pads and conduits anymore (from 2019) and actually building a little farther away.

Plus, I don't think those concrete pads and conduits (from 2019) are designed for V3s at all, and are more suited for V2.

Visit on site today (May 13, 2023), All SC are installed and awaiting power (I know, it's been a while). As for the power portion, it seems like the upgrade needed is going well. A new transfo is on site and looking close to be in a finishing state, crossing fingers to get this 4 years old project active for a positive closure to a loooong implementation !
