No, you'd be wrong. There is often a delay of a few days or up to a week or two for a newly activated site to show up. Over the last half year or so, they've been better about it being added right away but it doesn't always happen. Most often now, when there's a delay, it's just the online map that gets updated a few days later, but the in-car navigation shows the newly activated sites within a day or two (or sometimes they even show up before they are actually activated, and just get listed as temporarily closed).
You might have just missed it. Someone just posted on FB that they're active.
