Supercharger - Lakemoor il

Was just at the Woodmans in Lakemoor today and saw this. It certainly appears to be a new Supercharger Location, but after searching around, I don't see it mentioned anywhere.

I asked the service desk what was getting built, and she confirmed it is a Tesla Supercharger.

Oh MAN. I am so jacked for this one. Since they built out this Commons with more food places and things to do, it's become an ideal location for supercharging. And Tesla has been partnering with Woodmans in other locations to put chargers in so it was a perfect fit. It's funny I haven't noticed all this because I kind of look around every time I go there for any signs of life. I guess I don't typically go over to that side of the lot though so it makes sense. So glad this is happening!

FWIW, I'm fairly local so can provide periodic updates if needed.

Forgot to charge last night. Lol. Was just there this morning. Still not open.

It's got a meter as of last night, but there was no juice. The meter wasn't powered up. I verified no juice to the chargers.

Tesla navigation is showing this as live! I think it's live but haven't physically confirmed yet.

It’s working! Although it’s a bit slow, as no one is here. And nice signs up top, I hadn’t seen these before.
