If you're really desperate, you can hunt for platinum (or better) cards in slot machines. People leave them in the machine on accident all the time. Then you just swipe the card when you park.

I charged here back in December 2022 with no issues.

I just heard that there is no longer free 1 hour parking. Apparently Caesars Entertainment (owner's of the Linq) changed the policy? Caesers Rewards Platinum members and above still get free parking here.

Wow, if that is true, that would really suck as it was hell of convenience. I wonder if they are gearing for the racetrack coming and hopefully it’s only temporary.

There are a couple new sites open nearby. Those seem accessible on the map. How are they irl?

I only been to one by Fremont street and by the airport on LV Strip. Both. But outside if the area. Fremont was very sketchy at night.

We were there last week. Surprising no of peeps still don’t know about code. Told a driver who didn’t believe us and proceeded to hold up line of teslas. Go figure. Thankfully two other sites in south Vegas look almost done so this packed Vegas mayhem maybe can chill some now.

With all of the construction and congestion nearby, I am surprised many out of towners use this site. There are many self park and valet options at nearby casinos with charging that would allow leaving town with a decent charge and not needing to stop until the first bathroom break.

I’ve definitely gotten out of my car and punched in the code because someone doesn’t understand how to get in.

It’s not rocket science but it’s not obvious until you’ve done it once either.

I think given number of noob to pros ratio now, Tesla sw team needs to use bolder and bigger fonts to call out details like codes and special hours. At least they finally got to implementing bigger text in the non new FSD revs

not only that, but the code is on a label at the entrance right above the keypad. not sure what the point even is.

honestly the only reason to ever use this site anymore is if you're staying at a caesars property and have already paid for parking (or get it free if you're platinum and above). and even then it's questionable since most of the destination chargers don't work anyway.

agreed. just a useless extra step that further holds up entry for everyone. still wild to see how many people fumble entry.
