Supercharger - Las Vegas, NV (High Roller at LINQ)

Are you talking about the big V3 lot under the Linq ferris wheel?? That's got a pin code to enter which will be on the screen (you may have to cancel the directions once you're there to see code). I'm not sure if the Caesars membership card will exempt you from paying, I've never tried mine as I've never been over an hour there. They have Wall Connectors but make sure it's charging before you walk away as the charger handles get dropped on the ground frequently.

There shouldn't be any ICE vehicles besides a few work trucks/vans on the South side of the lot.

If we're talking about two different locations then my bad.
Yes that is the Supercharger but after reading comments from others I think I will try to avoid charging there.

Probably for the best... these V3's are pretty fast and don't leave time for much to do.... So, if planning to do stuff here - might be best to go to a nearby charger (the Outlets) and then park closer to where you plan to do your stuff....

I wanted to report that my wife had a SC session here at the Linq on Tuesday 10/5 and despite using the code on the in car map to enter she has to pay $12 upon exit. Has anyone else had this happen?
Yes, other people have because that's how the parking lot works (see here, and following posts). You don't get unlimited free parking just because you're going there to use the superchargers. There's a free period of 1hr (I may be remembering this incorrectly, the free period could be less), followed by an increasing price if you stay longer. The rates for the lot should be posted at/near the entry gate.

Yeah it's only free for 1 hour even if you're using the code. I park there when we go to the Linq area because there's LOTS of cameras and that's not even counting all the Tesla vehicles recording. $12 for parking right next to the area you want to be (Yard House or whatever) is cheap for downtown. I usually plug into the wall connectors for a slow free charge

Downtown? This supercharger is on (well, near) the Strip.

Also, you must be new to Vegas if you think $12 parking is a good deal. There was FREE parking everywhere as recently as a few years ago.

Most people who live here call the Strip downtown. I've been here long enough to remember free parking but $12 is a great price for very close parking that's also very safe for both me AND the car. Free parking is coming back but the casino's will do whatever they want when they want.

When headed downtown I usually valet at the Paris and then tip on the way out, easiest solution if you want to be near Paris/Bellagio/Cosmo (our usual spots). We had a rash of losers keying Tesla's this year, one guy was on the serial level and targeting Tesla's.

The difference seems pretty clear on the map (highlights by me), but I’ve only visited twice.

I was looking through the photos on PlugShare. Seems like the pricing sign might've been vandelized or something right before lockdown. It was replaced with a letter sized sign affixed to the side of the ticket box. The gate was removed for a lot of last year and the pricing sign on the ticket box (and gate) is back this year.

For the Boring tunnel suggestion, the monorail is already adjacent. Ideally the airport, stadium, and Resorts World would also connect. Another site and stop with urban chargers would be a nice wishlist item.

As a long time local, the Strip isn't even in city limits. It's part of Clark County in the township of Paradise. That's why the City made a new welcome to Las Vegas sign at the boundary on northbound Sahara and Las Vegas Blvd.

The lot exit gate just tried to charge $25 for 35 minutes there, after I had used the code on the map info. There were three cars ahead of me that just went around the gate, as there was plenty of room.
